You may have come across the term "Separation Season." Welcome to it! This is the time sandwiched between Christmas and New Year's, often utilized as an excuse to unwind. With kids at home and offices still in holiday mode, it's tempting to coast until the new year unfolds in a week.
For some, this period is a strategically planned family vacation, but for most, it's a time of uncertainty. The allure of staying in comfortable sweats, consuming leftovers, and succumbing to the herd's rhythm is strong.
Let me guide you back on track. Firstly, do you have a vision for the upcoming year? What do you aspire to achieve in 2024? Reflect on 2023's successes and setbacks before casting your vision.
If you do nothing more with this week - use it to plan. Get a few things on the books.
And use the other time to Reflect. You cannot set realistic goals that you can hit, it you don't know what worked and why and what didn't work (and why from last year).

For the first time in my life, I've realized how precious our time is and that tomorrow is not guaranteed. I've seen WAY too many people leave this earth with their gifts still inside of them.
What a tragedy.
